Hours: 45 hours per week
Pay Range: $18–$43+/hour (Base + Bonuses)
About the Role
Truck Master School is growing fast, and we’re hiring Sales Managers at our California locations. This is a high-responsibility role perfect for someone motivated, confident, and ready to lead a school location while helping students take the first step in their trucking careers.
As Sales Manager, you’re not just selling—you’re running the school alongside ownership and operations. You’ll be the main point of contact for students, instructors, and mechanics, ensuring the school stays organized, professional, and running smoothly while helping students enroll and succeed.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Occasional evening appointments as needed
- Full-time presence and dependability required
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming leads (phone, text, walk-ins)
- Enroll students and explain tuition and training options
- Coordinate DMV appointments, DOT physicals, and drug testing
- Call students for payment reminders and follow-ups
- Manage student schedules in coordination with instructors
- Work with mechanics to handle truck maintenance and repairs
- Use Outlook, QuickBooks, and CRM (Nutshell) for tracking and communication
- Ensure a clean, professional, and productive school environment
- Monitor student progress and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Lunch Policy (Important)
You’ll receive your full, legally required lunch break daily. Because this is the only full-time front-facing position onsite, lunch is expected to be taken onsite so students and walk-ins continue to receive support without interruption.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Pay Range: $18–$43+/hour (Base + Bonus)
- Base Pay: $18/hour (≈$3,507/month at 45 hours/week)
- Monthly Bonuses: Based on student sign-ups (average 30+ per month)
With steady performance, most Sales Managers earn $5,500–$7,500/month.
Top performers consistently reach $8,500+/month, raising real hourly pay into the $30–$43+ range.

- Sales or customer service experience is helpful (but not required)
